2) Using the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, or use content without permission.

3) Product information

We aim to describe and photograph artworks accurately. Because screens display colour differently, small variations may occur between what you see online and the artwork in person.

4) Pricing

Prices are shown in [ZAR/USD/etc.] and may change without notice. Delivery fees (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment is confirmed. E-commerce rules require clear pricing disclosure.

5) Orders

An order is only accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if:

  • The item is no longer available (inventory or listing error)

  • We cannot verify payment

  • We suspect fraud or misuse of the website

If we cancel after payment, we will refund you.

6) Payment

Payments are processed through [payment provider]. We do not store full card details on our servers where a third-party payment provider is used.

7) Delivery and collection

  • Delivery times depend on your location and courier capacity.

  • Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided (or collected by you/your agent).

  • You must check packaging on delivery and report visible damage within [24/48] hours, with photos.

8) Cancellations and cooling-off rights

South African law provides certain cancellation rights for online transactions, including a cooling-off period in specific cases.
Details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy below.

9) Intellectual property

All website content, images, and artwork images are owned by Jullie-Ann Viljoen unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be handled in South African courts unless we agree to another process in writing.
