You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, or use content without permission.
We aim to describe and photograph artworks accurately. Because screens display colour differently, small variations may occur between what you see online and the artwork in person.
Prices are shown in [ZAR/USD/etc.] and may change without notice. Delivery fees (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment is confirmed. E-commerce rules require clear pricing disclosure.
An order is only accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if:
The item is no longer available (inventory or listing error)
We cannot verify payment
We suspect fraud or misuse of the website
If we cancel after payment, we will refund you.
Payments are processed through [payment provider]. We do not store full card details on our servers where a third-party payment provider is used.
Delivery times depend on your location and courier capacity.
Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided (or collected by you/your agent).
You must check packaging on delivery and report visible damage within [24/48] hours, with photos.
